We begin by creating an initial sample exclusively for you.
If you approve the look, we advance straight into production.
If you feel something needs refinement, the sampling is upgraded until it matches your vision.
Since embroidery can be customized endlessly with beads, crystals, sequins and ribbons,
sharing reference images or inspirations helps our artists design with clarity from Day One.

Step 2: Artwork Blueprint & Pattern Mapping
After we receive your paper pattern, our designers trace it with precision and
develop a visual embroidery artwork that shows the exact placement of each element.
Once you approve the artwork, the final blueprint is perforated using rotary tools
and transferred onto the fabric using removable chalk — ensuring our artisans follow
the approved layout seamlessly.
02
Step 3: Hand-Embroidery & Fabric Crafting
Once the blueprint and final sample are locked, the actual embroidery begins.
The duration depends on workmanship, size and the embellishment technique.
Throughout the process, we share progress photographs so you remain connected to
how your creation evolves—stitch by stitch, bead by bead.
03
Step 4: Final Inspection & Perfection Check
When the embroidery is completed, every piece undergoes a dedicated quality screening.
Any shrinkage caused by artisan tension is balanced against your pattern measurements.
Seam alignment, bead density, stitch strength and finishing are all verified before
we certify the piece ready for dispatch—ensuring flawless couture output.

Step 5: Dispatch, Logistics & Global Customs
Once your order passes quality approval, it is packaged securely and shipped
through reliable logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS and similar networks.
Tracking support, transit updates and any required customs documentation are processed
as per international regulations, ensuring smooth delivery to your doorstep.
