International Shipping
For international deliveries, we partner with trusted global couriers and freight carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently. Shipment selection is based on destination, order size and service availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, the courier company will share shipment movement updates and tracking information via email or SMS.
Custom Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations
International deliveries may require import duties, customs charges and destination-based taxes. These are imposed by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Customs may hold a shipment until duties are paid.
Aziza Fashion Dream cannot intervene in customs clearance procedures.
We are not responsible for delays caused by border control or local authorities.
Customs duty is non-refundable, and we do not accept returns based on refusal to pay fees.

Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver across India using reputed transport and courier partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on:

Production Lead Time
All our gowns and hand-embroidered products are made-to-order. Production timelines are:
Sample Orders: approx. 30 days
Bulk & Production Orders: approx. 40–45 working days
These are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, beadwork density and fabric availability.
Delivery Delays
While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
Weather or natural disruptions
Global transportation constraints
Customs clearance time
Festivals or national holidays
Aziza Fashion Dream does not accept responsibility for such uncontrollable delays.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Every shipment is packed securely. Once the courier collects the parcel, responsibility transfers to the logistics provider.
We will assist you in raising claims with the courier, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed unless the claim is approved.
No Returns for Shipping Refusal
If you refuse delivery due to customs, taxes, shipping charges or delays, the order will not be eligible for:

1. Slight color variations may occur due to device display, lighting, and photographic resolution differences. Fabric colors are supplied as shown in the product image.
2. All garments are produced using premium fabrics such as Georgette and supplied in brand-new condition under Aziza Fashion Dream.
3. No dresses are maintained in ready stock. All products are strictly made-to-order and customized as per customer requirements.
4. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Additional production days may be required depending on embroidery, detailing or customization requests.
5. A valid contact number must be provided at the time of purchase for courier and delivery coordination.
6. International shipping is executed through DHL, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart, India Post or equivalent insured carriers. Dispatch typically occurs within 2–4 working days after payment clearance.
7. Customs, import duties, and all destination-based taxes are controlled by the importing country and must be paid by the buyer. These charges are non-refundable.
8. Each purchase is considered a customized order and is produced based on personal measurements, selections or approvals shared by the customer.
9. If a product is materially different from its published details, customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition and packaging.
10. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return courier charges must be paid by the buyer.
11. Aziza Fashion Dream is not responsible for the refusal of delivery due to unpaid import fees, taxes, or destination clearance delays.
